X-Class is a powerful ebike and powerful motor needs brakes that can stop at a dime. The powerful front and rear hydraulic brakes also have motor inhibitors.

As hydraulic brakes have a closed-circuit system, you don’t need to worry about cleaning dirt or mud from your brakes.

Both front and rear rotors are 180 mm for having better stopping power.

    I love my Ariel X-Class Step-Thru
    I bought the X-Class because my previous e-bike, a Lectric XP, while a good bike for the money, could not handle the steep hills in my area. Now I can go up and down those hills with no problem, even with throttle alone. The X-Class is a stylish, solidly built and well-designed product. Assembling it was a breeze and the ride is very comfortable thanks to the double suspension. I plan to buy some accessories as soon as they become available. Thanks, Ariel.

    We got one for me and one for my wife (X-Class 52V Step-Thru) and absolutely love them. My wife states that she had no idea she needed one of these in her life until she rode it. The fit and finish of these are wonderful. I had a commuter style e-bike from another manufacturer that I put over 10k miles on. I got this as a replacement and am not disappointed. I am thoroughly impressed with the build quality, comfort, power, speed, and handling. Time will tell how they hold up, but I expect they will hold up just fine.

    Incredible Bike
    I did a lot of research on E-bikes before finally pulling the trigger and buying the AR X-52 step through. It has plenty of power and speed. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks and have already put 45 miles on it.

    TONS OF FUN!!!
    Great bike, very well made. I’m enjoying it very much. A couple small complaints… The kickstand hits the rear rotor if not raised very carefully by hand and the front rotor is slightly warped and rubs a bit. Two very fixable little things. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and look forward to making my x class my daily commuter when the weather warms up some!

    Excited to Ride, Very Impressed So Far
    Received the bike yesterday. Top quality, easy assembly. packed perfect so there were no scratches or broken parts. Came with a tool kit and touch up paint. Aerial Rider thought of everything! Took a short ride was very impressed now 2 days of rain :(. My only disappointment was I wanted a cargo basket but they are sold out:(. Aerial if you are listening I have a demand forecasting software company. We help companies stay in stock. Check us out! SAFIO Solutions! Otherwise great bike! LOVE IT!

    New AR rider
    Enjoying the good build and power. I tuned the brakes but still squeaking. Annoying! Also, trying to get battery and controller battery level synced.
    Finally, trying to decide if Flatout liquid or a tire Armour is best to minimize flats. New to e-bikes so would have been nice to have a AR site to see how to do things or find recommendations on various things such as battery syncing, reducing flats, eliminating brake squealing, etc. I find a lot on YouTube but requires hours of searching. Would like to see a AR site with recommendations and issue resolution. Saving me the time of reviewing all these YouTube reviews and then trying to decide what’s best.
