Grizzly is everything you think and more.
If you purchase the grizzly, you’ll know why it’s considered one of the most powerful stock ebikes on the market right now. The 1000 watt dual motors is what really sets it apart from the competition when it comes to power and options on how to use that power. My order shipped quicker than I expected being it was in stock. I hate they ship FedEx, but seriously the only two disappointing things about this bike is.. one, it only comes with one charger instead of two now…and two, the accessory‘s are never in stock. Really with the supply chain being so bad it’s hard to ding ariel rider for out of stock. Regardless you won’t regret this purchase, and the grizzly does not disappoint at all. Takes me back to feeling like a kid again.

I have been riding 50cc scooters/mopeds for years and as time went on, I wanted 3 things: larger tires, disc brakes, and electric. Then I saw the Grizzly and knew it was finally here. This is NOT a mountain bike with a motor attached.
I genuinely enjoy everything about it. The upright riding position, and the ability to run in power mode, or stretch the range to that of a 50cc scooter with a full tank of gas. Oddly enough I find that even though with the limiter set to 35 you are basically ghost peddling all the time, yet I still find a satisfaction out of making the pedal motions vs simply using the throttle.
Assembly was easy, but you will need a torque wrench and a 13/16 socket (perhaps there is a metric fit but this fits perfectly) for the wheel nuts. I plan to ride a lot on dirt roads so I started pulling bolts to apply blue locktite on everything but much to my surprise it was already there in most locations that you would need it.
As for support, I emailed customer service with questions before purchase and got great service. I ordered the bike on a Friday morning, and it was at my door before noon on Tuesday. I had a problem with the headlight and a replacement was shipped immediately. I have had technical questions and received immediate and complete answers that showed my questions were actually read and considered not just canned responses.
IMHO Just order the second charger when you order the bike and suck it up.

The one thing I wish they had was a complete parts list of everything they had for sale. I was told that they have more than you can see from the web and just to ask for things (I ordered some spare spokes this way and got a price on a spare controller). But I would prefer a way to just browse the items myself.
I am just happy in a way I did not expect to be. The Grizzly genuinely delivers. Get the yellow and join Team Grizbee!

My first Ebike ever. I’m a big guy so getting an Ebike that was going to take me places without hesitation was very important to me. The fact that the Grizzly has not one but two electric motors was a big deal to me. This bike is incredible! The power this thing provides is amazing! When I’m out it brings me a sense of freedom. I love the Grizzly!

My number three ebike from Ariel Rider
The bike arrived undamaged and went together easily with the help of my girlfriend I’m 71 and she’s 65 it took us about an hour to put together. The bike runs excellent without any problems. I had a Zugo bike that I had to peddle just to get up to 30 mph and only for a short time.The grizzly is by far the best Bike out there.I actually got pulled over by a cop for going to fast,I was going downhill and got up to 48mph.I just love this bike!!!
