Originally I purchased the Eunorau as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. I ride for fitness, my wife would come along and get upset because she could not keep up. Things have changed, now she is the pace setter especially on hills. The fat tire bike is great to ride on the beach with the tide out, we call it the low tide glide. I’ve ridden the Eunorau off and on, WOW what a great bike. Sure there are a few minor things I would change just to set it up for my preference. The only real item of annoyance is the kick stand location, occasionally I catch my heal on it. With that said, I’m 6’3” with big feet……..you get the picture. We added a rear rack, fenders and panniers. I’ve been so impressed with the fit and finish of the bike, the decision has been made to replace my well ridden Specialized. Yesterday I test rode an Aventure from Lenny’s Bike Shop in Lynden, Wa. Ordered a large frame in Camo green, oh the anticipation of a new bike.

Ordered the Eunorau for myself and the Rad Expand for my wife and here’s my initial impression: The Eunorau rides a little quieter, accelerates just as quick as the Rad and has a higher top speed while the Rad has integrated lights and came more fully assembled. If purchasing again I would go with the Eunorau based on initial impressions after a couple winter rides.

This bike is awesome! It handles so good and is such a smooth ride. Powers up hills with no problem and handles many different terrains like a boss. I feel very safe and stable while riding. I researched different options obsessively before my purchase and I made the right choice for sure! I absolutely love it!
